BH Airport Logistics

In the last decade, BH Airport has also established itself as the only airport to offer multimodal operations for cargo. Our strategic location and the solid partnerships we have built along the way allow us to get ahead and go further, connecting our state to all regions of Brazil and broadening our international distribution horizons to potential destinations.

As the main International Logistics Hub in the state of Minas Gerais, we have strengthened our representation in South America with air connectivity to Argentina, Chile, Bogotá and Curacao. To the north, Florida is our main hub in the United States. In Central America, Panama is gaining importance as a cargo hub between South America and North America. In Europe, our focal point is Lisbon, Portugal.

Even without the sea, we became the port of Minas Gerais. We are connected to the main terminals and carriers in Brazil, strengthening partnerships in safe, agile and efficient operations. Connecting the country by road, we unite all modes of transportation in the DTA (Customs Transit Declaration), through regular road routes.

We are the first airport in Brazil to offer multimodal cargo operations. Our International Logistics Hub continues to expand connectivity with national and international markets, with a series of facilities that provide complete and sustainable solutions for receiving, storing and distributing cargo.

It is in BH Airport's 12,000 m² of bonded area that we receive, store and transport all kinds of cargo - from dry and domestic to dangerous and live. We are certified by Anvisa for Good Storage Practices in Life Sciences goods, demonstrating our efficiency and commitment to preserving and saving lives.

Our pioneering spirit has made us the only customs facility in Minas Gerais with 24-hour surveillance and the first airport in the country to develop an Industrial Logistics Condominium program, focused on attracting companies to the airport site.

With a personalized and innovative business model, we have also become the first airport in Brazil to offer the airport industrial warehouse service, aimed at exporting companies that can count on the benefits of tax exemption.

For companies that carry out their own stock management, in the import mode, and can still count on our structure and the service of the Cargo Terminal, as a common customs warehouse, BH Airport offers the Advanced Stock option.
