Our values are non-negotiable and guide our actions and decisions, in compliance with laws, rules and regulations. We are intolerant of fraud and corruption. INTEGRITY
Our Integrity Policy prioritizes BH Airport's ethical internal and external relations (public and private sectors). It is she who ensures that our Integrity and Compliance Program is complied with, in accordance with the established guidelines.
We have a working group, made up of the Executive Board, Legal Coordination and Compliance Officer, which monitors the execution of the program and analyzes critical deviations, deciding on actions and disciplinary measures.
RESPECT
We put life and health first. Diversity and inclusion are premises in our relationships and we consider ourselves socially responsible for the bonds we create. We do not tolerate any kind of violation of human rights, such as the use of child labor, slavery or labor analogous to slavery, disrespect, discrimination, aggression or prejudice. We prioritize our commitment to the conservation and preservation of the environment, as well as open dialogue and attentive listening to our surrounding community. We have incorporated the Code of Conduct and Ethics into our Integrity Policy and made it our daily values driver.
TRANSPARENCY
We have created and made available the Ethics Line to report suspicions, deviations or any case of violation of the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and other policies of the Integrity Program. The tool is external, secure and managed by a third-party company that specializes in capturing and recording reports, guaranteeing the reliability and confidentiality of the information. With this channel, we seek to ensure that our values are practiced and reinforce our role in building a healthy corporate environment and an increasingly fair society.
COMPLIANCE
We have strengthened our Compliance by strategically conducting and monitoring the BH Airport Integrity Program. The tool provides channels for the internal and external public to report complaints and access our Anti-Corruption Policy and Code of Conduct. We encourage employees, managers and stakeholders in our business to act ethically, we investigate critical cases of non-compliance with the established guidelines or current legislation and we decide on the application of disciplinary measures. Our path is guided by ethics, integrity and transparency, with a view to business sustainability and socially responsible conduct.
