Belo Horizonte International Airport
Airport
Facilitated
We follow best practices to manage landing and take-off times on our runways
BH Airport
A “facilitated” airport
declared by the National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC), since October 30, 2016.
Being a Facilitated Airport means following the best practices for managing landing and take-off times on our 3,600-meter runway, one of the longest in the country. Since October 30, 2016, flights operating in our terminal have followed the procedures set out in the Worldwide Slots Guideline, a guide to standards issued by the International Air Transport Association (IATA), recognized by the National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC) as a reference in the management of landings and take-offs.
Following the procedures established by the guide, we have become responsible for managing runway usage times at our airport, always in line with best practices. They make the process of adding, changing and deleting flights more agile and transparent. As an Airport Made Easy, we demonstrate our practicality and commitment to quality at the highest level.
Request a landing
or take-off time
Landing and take-off times are managed by season, divided into summer, which runs from March to October, and winter, which covers the period from October to March of the following year.
All airlines must submit applications (including agreed histories and new schedules) for both scheduled passenger and cargo flights. BH Airport recommends that the status of the history (extension of the offer for the year/change in history, new flight) of all flights be informed during the initial submission. Pay attention to the instructions!
Instructions for requesting a timetable:
In this case, only operations for the next 3 days should be requested. Flights over this deadline will not be considered for analysis. The email must contain the specifications of AIP Supplement 118/2016, for general aviation flights, and the same information as the SMA message for commercial flights (including charters, transfers and positioning).
