We are a hub for connections - the third largest in Brazil in terms of number of destinations, and we promote a transparent practice of implementing incentive programs for passenger flights and aircraft nationalization. Incentive Program
Passenger flights
The program considers three different categories for granting fare incentives: new destinations, increased frequencies and a new airline in operation. In order to receive fare incentives, scheduled airlines must meet certain eligibility conditions. Check it out.
Eligibility
Present 80% regularity in frequencies versus the network planned in the incentivized operations contract.
Operate new airline destinations at BH Airport, with slot allocation, on international and/or domestic routes, with at least one weekly frequency, for three consecutive months.
Be financially compliant with the concessionaire, and in the event of a Debt Acknowledgment signed between the parties, the incentives will be suspended until final payment is made in accordance with the terms agreed in the Acknowledgment. The period of suspension of the incentive policy does not give the Airline the right to claim amounts not earned during the respective suspension, nor will BH-AIRPORT be entitled to any type of compensation, reimbursement and/or refund.
New domestic destinations will be those not operated in 2023.
For the new international destinations, operations that were not carried out in the Winter 2019 season (Nov/19 to Feb/20) will be considered, with at least one weekly frequency, for three consecutive months.
For the incentive to increase international frequencies, destinations operated during the Winter 2019 season or new destinations in 2024 will be considered. In this way, any additional weekly frequency versus the average number of weekly frequencies operated in Winter 2019 or 2024 can be incentivized.
Duration
Application of the incentives will begin 15 days after receipt of the documentation and the duly signed Adhesion Agreement.

Corporate documents that grant powers to the signatory legal representatives, listed herein to sign agreements/contracts;

Incentives
The incentives will be granted for a period of up to three years, taking into account the cumulative fulfillment of all the eligibility criteria defined.
INCENTIVE PROGRAM
For aircraft nationalization
In order to receive the fare incentives, scheduled airlines must meet certain eligibility conditions and join the program by submitting the necessary documentation, in addition to observing the conditions that determine the validity of the concession. Check it out:
Eligibility
To receive the fare incentives, scheduled airlines must meet all the conditions, cumulatively:
Operate an average of more than 30 daily departures on CNF during 2024.
The aircraft that will be nationalized must land at a CNF with foreign registration and take off from a CNF with national registration.
The operation must be long term, any period of more than 48 hours being considered.
Duration
The incentives will be applied at the end of the operation, in the amount of the permanence fee. The documentation and the delivery of the Adhesion Agreement, duly signed, are prerequisites for granting the incentives.
Another decisive condition is the signing of a specific commercial partnership contract, which should regulate the granting of tax incentives and deal with all the rights and obligations of the parties, as well as the specific conditions for maintaining the incentives.
According to BH Airport's Private Commercial Partnership Instrument for Incentives to Nationalize Aircraft, the incentives granted may be suspended and/or discontinued at any time, with the possibility of charging the current landing and stay fees.
