INCENTIVE PROGRAM
The BH Airport Incentive Program contributes to fostering the growth of the air cargo transport sector, attracting new business and consolidating the airport as a logistics hub of relevance in the domestic and international markets, while benefiting airlines, reducing operating costs and creating growth opportunities in a modern, safe and well-structured cargo terminal, equipped with state-of-the-art technologies and a strategic geographical location.

Eligibility
In order for air operators to be considered eligible for the BH Airport Incentive Program, certain conditions are required. Check it out:
. Operate scheduled freighter flights, with an allocated slot.
. Have a destination or stopover in CNF and, in these situations, unload or load cargo in CNF.
. Operating new routes or new frequencies, both with slot allocation, on international or domestic routes.
. At least once a fortnight for the first 12 months and once a week between the 13th and 24th months.
. Have adequate infrastructure for the arrival and departure of cargo at airports of destination and origin, including CNF.
. Be aware that the continuation of the incentive is subject to the existence and validity of the slot allocated for the flight.
Discounts
All air operators will receive a 100% discount on domestic and international take-off and landing fees if they meet all the eligibility requirements, duly recognized by BH Airport. There will also be a 100% discount on palletizing and depalletizing service fees for flights.
Another benefit granted is the 12-hour stay rate for all frequencies at the respective destinations. If the agreed minimum attendance is not met, the incentive is automatically suspended in the month following the month of calculation. In this case, the incentivized company will have to bear the costs of landing, taking off, staying, palletizing and depalletizing, according to the fees and payment rules in force.
Deadlines
The benefits program will apply from the signing of the Adhesion Agreement. Discounts will be granted for the period established in the Eligibility section, taking into account the cumulative fulfillment of all the criteria, as certified by BH Airport.
General provisions
BH Airport and air operators, including affiliates, owners, shareholders, employees and any subcontractors, in addition to complying with the rules on acts of corruption and harmful acts against the public administration, in the form of Law No. 12,846/13, shall:
. Maintain internal policies and procedures that ensure full compliance with these standards.
. Promote wide dissemination so that all professionals have prior knowledge of the rules before they start working under the contract.
. Refraining from acts of corruption and from acting in a way that harms the public administration, national or foreign, for the interest or benefit, exclusive or not, of the parties.
. Immediately notify the other party if it becomes aware of any act or fact that, since the signing of this instrument, violates the rules, so that all necessary measures can be taken.

Eligible companies must also send the following documents by e-mail:
. Proof of slot allocation.
. Adhesion Agreement (duly signed by the legal representatives of all air operators), declaration of acceptance and compliance with the aforementioned requirements, terms and conditions of the Incentive Program.
. Corporate documents granting powers to the signatory legal representatives and documents listed for signing agreements and contracts.
